Brenda was very helpful at this location. However my overall experience with Public Storage was not good. I ended my 3 1/2 month stay at PS on 9/17. I expected to get refunded for the last 2 weeks of Sept that I'm not using the facility. However the policy is to not to prorate the rent if you vacate after the 8th of the month. I think this is bad practice and not good for customer satisfaction. Especially if PS now rents out the space I had for the rest of Sept and double dips!
